1.BENT OVER ROW – 20, 15, 12, 10, 8 Reps
2. CLOSE GRIP LAT PULLDOWN – 4 sets of 12
3. MACHINE HIGH ROW – 4 sets of 12
4. REVERSE PEC DEC – 4 sets of 12
5. PREACHER CURLS – 4 sets of 12
6. OVERHAND CABLE CURLS – 4 sets. till failure.. (3 slow, 3 fast repeat)
