Bodyweight Pullups- 3 sets wide; then 3 sets close grip

Wide Pulldowns- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Reverse Pulldowns- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
High Rows -superset with- Rope Pulldowns- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Underhand Row -superset with- Bar Pulldowns- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Dumbbell Rows- 4 sets of 10 reps (each arm)
Upright Row -superset with- Seated Row- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Shrugs- 4 sets of 10-12 reps
