Today was a Pull session with a lot of focus around the Best exercises to help with doing pull-ups.

Bent Over Barbell Row [5 sets of 5 reps]
Lat PullDown [3 sets of 8 reps]
Eccentric Pull Ups [3 sets of 8 reps]
Deadhang [4 sets of 10 secs]
Seated Row [4 sets of 8 reps]
Preacher Curls [4 sets of 8 reps]

60-90 secs Rest Between Sets
