Pec Fly Machine (with pullups thrown in)- 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Incline Bench- 5 sets ”pyramid style”
Incline Dumbbell Fly- 3 sets of 10 reps
High Cable Crossover- 3 sets of 10 reps
Hammer Strength Press- 5 sets of 8-10 reps
Low Cable Crossover -with- Dips- 4 sets of 10 reps
Close Grip Bench- 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Rope Pressdown- 4 sets of 10 reps
Overhead Extension- 4 sets of 10 reps
