Stiff legged or Romanian Deadlifts – [3 sets of 15reps]
Hip Thrusts – [4 sets of 6-8 reps] keep it light make sure you feel it
Hamstring Curls – [4 sets of 12reps]
Donkey Calve Raises – We should have just done them first… hahaha
