Well talk about coming out of your comfort zone… Day 1, Phase two of my New Programme “THE HYBRID” literally catapulted me out of it!!!
This Leg day was so tough especially after 6 months of doing low rep stuff. It was a serious shock to the system. Such a shock that I puked TWICE FFS!!! First time ever in my whole time lifting!!!!

20 Reps, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps

Leg Extension
3 Sets of 12 reps

Hamstring Curls
3 Sets of 12 reps

Lunges
3 Sets of 12 reps

Calve Raises
4 Sets of 12 reps
