MAX BENCH REPS CHALLENGE!!

Okay so I want you guys to give this a shot on the bench press. For a sure way to help increase your bench press strength, as well as making serious chest gains. I worked up to a 495lb / 500lb bench press for some static holds then dropped back down to body weight for max reps. This routine had my chest feeling a stupid pump.
